Service Description

A follow up call can be booked after receiving an initial consultation and plan. Typically 4 to 6 weeks afterwards but you can book sooner if needed. On the call we will review what changes you've made in relation to the plan given, and how you are feeling both physically and mentally. We will discuss the best approach for you in order to continue to achieve your health goals, and a summary email outlining any additional changes or suggestions will be sent.
